SENIOR MANAGEMENT
This comprises mainly the managers but also includes all the Directors for technical reasons. It is responsible for carrying out the implementation of the medium- and short-term plans laid down by Top management by ensuring that the policies, plans and decisions of the top management are fully implemented by the Middle Management.
